When to contact us
If a calculator gives a result that seems wrong, please include your input values so we can reproduce the issue. We typically fix confirmed bugs within 24–48 hours.
Have a tool you wish existed? Tell us. We review all suggestions and add the most-requested calculators to our roadmap.
Spotted inaccurate information in one of our guides? We welcome corrections. Please include a link to a primary source (government site, peer-reviewed study, etc.) so we can verify and update promptly.
Media enquiries, data licensing, and partnership proposals are welcome. Please note: we do not accept paid placements, sponsored calculator results, or affiliate fee arrangements.

Frequently asked questions
I found a calculation error — what should I do?
Please email hello@simplycalc.io with the calculator name, the values you entered, and the result you received. Include what you believe the correct result should be and, if possible, a reference source. We review every error report and respond within 48 hours. Confirmed errors are corrected immediately and noted in the calculator's methodology section.
Can I suggest a new calculator?
Yes — we actively want to know which calculators would be most useful. Email hello@simplycalc.io with the topic and any specific features you need. We prioritise suggestions based on how many people request similar tools. If you are a developer and want to contribute, we are open to discussing collaboration.
Can I embed a SimplyCalc calculator on my website?
Get in touch via email to discuss embedding options. We are open to partnerships with news organisations, financial comparison sites, and educational institutions. Commercial embedding arrangements are available — contact us with details of your site and use case.
I have a question about a calculation result — can you help?
Yes. Email us with your question including the calculator you used and the inputs and result you received. We will explain why the calculator produced that result and, if there is a specific aspect of your situation the calculator does not handle, tell you what to do differently. We respond to most enquiries within one business day.
